Please be aware of the terms and conditions when using our website and our service. The use of our website confines you to the terms and conditions on this page. You are fully responsible for being aware of our terms and abiding by throughout the use of our website and/or service.
We hold the ability to change/update these terms and conditions any time without prior notification and its the customer’s responsibilities to stay updated with it.
1. About EloDaddy
1.1. EloDaddy sells time in the form of service. We do not claim to be the owners or representatives of the trademarks, brands and intellectual properties of others they remain the property of their original copyright owners.
1.2. EloDaddy is hosted under the name (domain) of www.elodaddy.com (the website) and is not affiliated with any other site, company, brand, organization, or similarly named entity resembling it.
1.3. The process by which our service will be carried out differs depending on the game and service requested by the customer. All orders will be finished within a reasonable time frame. If we fail to meet your expectations regarding the quality and speed of our service, you, our customer, may contact us and request that another booster finish your order. We undergo serious internal procedures to deal with such situations, take measures to ensure we perform at the highest level on the market and also monitor all personnel on the website.
1.4. All products and services available on the website are delivered via digital delivery means such as email or in-game services.
1.5. EloDaddy does not offer any physical products or property.
2. Order Satisfaction and Refunds
2.1. In the event where a service is not delivered as promised, or other conditions are not met pertaining to the order, the customer may contact us via web live chat, discord or skype within 72 hours of the finishing of the order, or while the order is in progress and we will gladly find a solution or a compensation.
2.2. You, the customer, are ineligible for a refund once your order has been placed.
2.3. Any payment dispute or third-party mediation started by you without contacting us in advance will result in cancellation of your order and no refund.
2.4. You, the customer, are not allowed to charge back under any case, thus you accept that if you start a chargeback you are in direct breach of EloDaddy’s terms of use, and legally bound to either close the chargeback or pay back the same amount in addition to a fee determined by EloDaddy , no less than $20 and no more than twice the original amount.
2.5. You, the customer, accept that your bill will be sent to a debt collectors agency if you chargeback a payment, and you accept that you will have to pay extra fees covering both the collector’s agency and any other unforeseen costs in regards to your chargeback.
3. Order Progress
3.1. You, the customer, accept responsibility for lost progress due to your logins while booster is playing.
3.2. You, the customer, accept that if you play any ranked games while having bought any boost except NET wins boost from us, will have to compensate us for each game you have lost or we won’t continue the order and you won’t be able to receive a refund.
3.3. You, the customer, accept that if your performance in any Duo boosting service isn’t enough for the order to be completed, your order will be converted to a Solo boost / Duo Queue Per Game boost or you will need to compensate by purchasing an additional boost.
3.4. Solo boosting goes against the Riot’s terms of service. Fortunately, we have yet to encounter a single ban incident due to our VPN protection, offline mode and our strict policies for boosters.
However, solo boosting can result in possible actions taken against your account. We take every precaution necessary to ensure your safety, but ultimately we are not responsible for any actions taken against your account when the cause is MMR boosting.
4. Copyrights
4.1. EloDaddy gives you a limited license to access the website with the sole purpose to purchase or use the services and products offered for personal use only.
4.2. EloDaddy does not permit without obtaining our prior written consent to do the following: downloading (other than page caching and pictures from the Artwork section for personal use only), reproducing, duplicating, copying any content of EloDaddy such as (including but not limited to): product listings, descriptions, prices; using or framing any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form outside of the Artwork section); using hidden text utilizing EloDaddy name or trademarks; or any exploitation of the content for commercial or inappropriate purpose.
4.3. All software used on the Site is the property of EloDaddy or its software suppliers and is protected by law.
5. Customer's Duties
5.1. You, the customer, are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. EloDaddy reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
5.2. You agree to cooperate with any investigation of EloDaddy regarding fraudulent or improper activities such as (including but not limited to):, false claims regarding non-receipt of products or services, fraudulent chargebacks, stealing of property or ideas belonging to or entrusted to EloDaddy.
5.3. Customers are allowed to post comments, ratings, and artwork on our site. However EloDaddy reserves the right to remove or edit such comments if they are found to be: illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights of or otherwise injurious to third parties, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam.
5.4. You agree to indemnify and hold EloDaddy and its employees, harmless from any claims, demands, losses or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
5.5. Customers accept the boosters reserve the right to change your in-game settings and specifics of the games we provide service for so that they might perform to the best of their abilities.
5.6. You accept not to play any ranked games while your orders are in progress, or in any way attempt to hinder the progress of your order. If you don’t follow this rule, we reserve the right to mark your order as completed without refund or to finish your order after reducing your boost with the amount of ranked games you have played. Exceptions can be made only for per win orders after consulting with your personal booster in advance.
5.7. Customers purchasing services for League of Legends that have failed to add correct information (for instance wrong starting League Points) will be required to pay extra in direct relation to the difference between the prices of the incorrect information and the accurate one according to our price lists.
5.8. You, the customer, are not to charge back under any case.
6. Customer's Rights
6.1. Customers have the right to contact our live support or management team on discord at any time if a problem with their current or future order arises.
6.2. Customers have the right to request changing of their booster if their current one is not performing at the expected level or is delaying the completion of their order for an unreasonable amount of time without an excuse.
6.3. Customers have the right to rate, comment and give feedback on our service.
6.4. Customers have the right to pre-request booster that they like best. However, if the chosen booster is too occupied, we’ll switch it to someone else.
6.5. Customers with limited rights provided by EloDaddy can view all parts of the website (visible and available to clients) and are permitted to voice their opinions on them and in cases of errors, bugs, or inaccuracy of the information contact the admins to request maintenance.
6.6. If our boosters offer you service that EloDaddy provides, without using the website (private boosting/coaching) and you have proof of that please contact us and we will make sure you get an appropriate reward for it.
6.7. Customers can contact the admins with demand to remove content that is their copyright.
